Brown Sauce Recipe

 Serving Size: 1


Ingredients:
1 teaspoon grated onion
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup cream
1 teaspoon beef extract
salt and pepper


Cooking Directions:


Brown onion slightly in butter. Stir in flour. Pour in cream gradually,
stirring constantly, cook until slightly thickened.

Season with beef extract, salt and pepper and cook about 2 minutes longer.
