Tomato Soup Recipe with Nuts
Number of servings - 4-6
Ingredients:
Crushed Tomatoes - 3 cups (skinned, seeded and diced)
Broth - 6 cups
Onions - 3 pcs. (peeled and finely chopped)
Walnuts - 1/2 cup (mashed)
Green onions to taste (chopped)
Parsley to taste (chopped)
Dill to taste (chopped)
Salt to taste
Directions:
Pour the broth to saucepan, add ingredients, salt to taste and simmer for 20 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of cooking add chopped greens.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with greens.
Ready in: 25 minutes.
